Return And Exchange Policy
In Case of any damaged or faulty item, customer must have to inform our customer support team within 2 Hours of receiving the Product
Return Period : All purchased products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. (Product must be sealed, unused and in good saleable condition with all accessories) Excludes Custom Gaming Desktops and Virtual Products (e.g. iTunes, PlayStation Digital Cards).
Return Fees : All purchased products can be returned free of charge.
Returns accepted for defective and non-defective products.
Exchanges : Accept exchanges.
Product condition : New product only is accepted in the box .
Custom Gaming Desktops cannot be returned as all components will be opened for assembly.
Delivery charges are not refundable if order will be cancelled after the dispatch from warehouse.
After approval to refund any order, Will be processed immediately but it may take time 1 to 14 days due to bank internal procedures. We assure that customer money is safe.
Except Custom Gaming Desktops and Virtual Cards, all orders can be cancelled after order placement. Customers must follow the cancellation process in the order history.
Once order will be shipped customer will not have option to cancel it, it will be forwarded to customer support to process the cancellation.
Warranty: Arbitrbilogy strictly adheres to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Every faulty or non-working product will be claimed as per the manufacturer’s policy and the customer will be kept updated. However, if the customer wishes to claim for warranty directly with the manufacturer’s approved service center, he/she will be guided accordingly.
